配送ポリシー
We will process and ship orders between 17:00 (GMT + 8) Monday to Friday on weekdays. Orders placed after Friday 17:00 to Sunday and major holidays will only be fulfilled on the next business day. (DR. SAVE weekdays: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00)
1) For existing products, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
***In case of peak holiday season, it will take up to 5 business days to process and ship the product***.
2) For pre-order items (orders for items to be filled will be processed as pre-order items), an estimated ship date can be found on each item page. The payment process must be completed at the time of pre-order to confirm the reservation of your order. During the pre-order period, you may receive a pre-order discount or an accompanying free gift. All products will be sold at full price upon arrival.
3) For multi-item orders, if there is a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait for all items to arrive before we can process and ship your order. You may also contact us to request separate shipping, but additional shipping charges may apply.
4) An email with a tracking number will be sent to you within one week of each order being placed. (If you do not receive a confirmation within one week, please contact us).
5) The package will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please make sure that your full name and shipping address are complete to prevent the shipping company from returning the package to us due to incorrect delivery information or failed deliveries. If this occurs, you may choose one of two options.
*Refund (subject to a 25% deduction of the order amount as a shipping fee)
*Resend (an additional 25% of the order amount will be charged as another shipping fee).
Once we have received and inspected the returned package, we will process your refund or resend it.
